Get a brand-new user productive quickly by chaining the essential first tasks.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Sign in

    Sign in at your KYXO URL. If your account is awaiting approval, you will see a waiting screen until an administrator approves you.

  2. Get your bearings

    The left sidebar switches between workspaces, projects and modules. The top bar holds search (⌘K) and your profile.

  3. Create or open a project

    From a workspace, open a space and create a project, choosing the modules you want (Planner, Requirements, Testing, Defects).

  4. Create your first requirement

    Open the Requirements module and add a requirement with acceptance criteria — or let KYXO AI draft one for you.

  5. Create and run a test

    In Testing, create a test case (or generate a set with AI), add it to a run, and record the result.

Expected result

You have a project with at least one requirement and one executed test — the backbone of a traceable delivery.
