Anyone who cannot sign in because they forgot their password.
Steps
Open forgot password
On the sign-in page choose "Forgot password" (or open /forgot-password).
Enter your email
Enter the email on your account and submit. If an account exists, a reset link is sent.
Follow the link
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password. Links expire for security.
Expected result
You set a new password and can sign in again.
Troubleshooting
- No email arrived.
- Check your spam folder and confirm the address is correct. If it still doesn’t arrive, ask an administrator to reset your password or activate your account.
