Get an existing user into KYXO and explain what to do when sign-in fails.

Before you begin
- An approved KYXO account
Steps
Open the sign-in page
Go to your KYXO URL or /signin.
Enter your credentials
Type your email and password and select "Sign in". If your organization uses SSO, choose your provider instead.
Pick an organization if prompted
If you belong to more than one organization, choose which to enter.
Expected result
You land on your default page — your workspaces, or the landing page set in your profile preferences.
Tips
- You can set your default landing page in Profile → Preferences.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid email or password.
- Re-enter carefully, or use "Forgot password" to reset.
- I see a "waiting for approval" screen.
- An administrator must approve you. The screen lets you in automatically once approved. See "Wait for account approval".
- My organization is suspended.
- Contact your organization administrator; access is blocked until it is reinstated.
