Reassure users on the approval gate and tell them exactly what to expect.
Users whose account is pending administrator approval.
Some organizations require an administrator to approve new accounts before they can use KYXO. While your account is pending, you will see a waiting-for-approval screen instead of the application.
You do not need to do anything. The screen checks your status automatically and lets you straight in the moment an administrator approves you — no need to sign in again.
If approval is taking too long, contact your organization administrator and ask them to approve your signup request (they do this from Administration → Users).
